My Alaskan experience begins with my Father’s spirit of adventure. My family came to Alaska with the Air Force. I was born at Elmendorf AFB and upon completion of my dad’s stint in the service, we moved to Hoonah, AK. From Hoonah to Juneau as a child with stops in Madison, WI , Tupelo, MS and eventually on to Anchorage for my college education, I can say without hesitation my heart belongs in Alaska.“As enamored as I am with Alaskan terrain, it is the unique, adventurous spirit of the Alaskan individual I am drawn to. As a “people-person” I can proudly state I have hit the jackpot in Alaska. After earning a BA in Psychology and “dabbling in” many arenas I found my niche. My Real Estate career has provided me not just wonderful clients but numerous friends. I love my job and will appreciate the opportunity to assist you in your next home transaction.”-Sarah

My family relocated to Alaska in the 60’s when they saw great opportunities in this booming state. Being a life-long Resident I enjoy the many Alaskan recreational activities that have become a huge part of my life.Industrious since the age of 14, I’ve learned that you truly do have to work hard to reach your goals. I’ve worked at espresso stands for the past 10 years and until recently, managed a drive-through shop in South Anchorage. I would love to own a little cafe someday and am now in the infant stages of developing my own specialty catering business while continuing my commitment to real estate. Out of High School I obtained my real estate license and worked for Realty Executives Alaska as a receptionist while assisting with Property Management tasks. I moved on to Keller Williams as a Buyer’s Representative while working on a team generating business and assisting buyers in finding their new homes. In 2009 I transferred to Dynamic Properties to began working with Mary. Being on such a knowledgeable team has been an excellent advantage to me. Each experience has given me great confidence and I aspire to become one of the best.
I was relocated to Anchorage in 1972 as a military wife. Leaving Myrtle Beach, SC I was not excited about the move, but quickly grew to love all that Anchorage offers—beauty, the people, the outdoor activities.I taught school for twenty years; then retired deciding it was time to try another career. I loved teaching, and was surprised to find that I love real estate just as much. My real estate career has allowed me to meet, assist and get to know many wonderful people.Having had my license since 1982, the full time career started at Jack White Co the year that I retired from teaching. I have been a top producer in the Anchorage market since 1994. Would love the opportunity to make you the next wonderful person I get to know.
